Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Right now we ship across the United States, but the City is growing. International shipping is on the horizon, so stay tuned.
How fast will my order arrive?
Most orders leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days. From there, standard delivery takes about 3–7 days depending on your location. We’ll send you tracking so you can follow every step.
Can I return or exchange items?
Absolutely. If something doesn’t work out, you have 30 days to return or exchange, as long as items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Will my whole order arrive in one package?
Sometimes yes, sometimes no. If your order includes items from different warehouses, they may arrive separately. Don’t worry, you’ll get tracking for each shipment.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking link so you can watch it make its way to your door.
Do you hook up gyms or bulk orders?
We do. If you’re outfitting a gym, team, or crew, contact us directly for special pricing and options.
